As an employer your have an obligation to provide a safe environment for your employees. If you have employees who you believe are making false complaints regarding mold here's what you need to do. 

1. Do not attempt to clean any of the discoloration or possible mold spores yourself. 
2. Hire and indoor environmental hygienist to do air and surface samples.
