This garage suffered a fire damage during the summer of 2021. SERVPRO of Chambersburg preformed all the services with appointing the sub-contractors who would be needed to re-build this large 4 car garage. The entire garage need to be have the drywall, insulation removed. Then the surfaces were smoke sealed and cleaned. Next is the reconstuction where the insulation is replaced, new drywall, garage doors, electrical rewired etc. A customer trying to complete all these steps themselves without the expert of SERVPRO will often occur unforeseen obstacles.
