Tile Damaged From Water

A toilet supply line had broke causing water to flood two levels of this home. This tile was very aged and was installed directly on the subfloor which makes it easier from the water to get in between. Unfortunately the tile had to be removed due to piece started to pull away from the subfloor. Our team removed the small pieces of tile and then was able to complete the drying of the subfloor. In newer homes if the tile is installed correctly there are some times that we are able to dry the tile in place without having to remove it.
