South Mountain Arson Fire Rebuild by SERVPRO of Chambersburg

When this customer called SERVPRO of Chambersburg they did not understand all the step that needed to be taken place before proceeding a cleanup. The SERVPRO of Chambersburg General Manager, Brittany collected the information and made the appropriate phone calls right away. From contacting the fire department to verify if the investigation has been completed then to notify the insurance company the fire department's findings of arson. This then resulted in the insurance adjuster conducting a cause and origin inspection. Once the scene was cleaned then we were able to board up the property and begin services.
