Fire Damage In Greencastle

This fire damaged in Greencastle, PA was the result of a stove issue. The amount of smoke damage throughout the home ultimately lead to demolishing the whole house down to the framing. Due to the smoke odor embedding in the insulation everything had to be removed; insulation is a porous material that will never be able to be cleaned effectively.  After the demo was completed the rebuilding process began.  Anytime there is an issue with smoke damage a lot of things must be replaced. All new wiring; insulation; drywall; trim; windows; floor; and kitchen and bath leaving the home feeling completely new.
